Larders laden with natures bounty. A beautiful cloth rests on the table, patiently awaiting, discreetly adding to, the spirit of Yuletide. Though a recent gift from Norway's vibrant cottage industry, this rose pattern was almost certainly brought there in the first place by traveling salesmen from Sweden some two hundred years ago. So, with due respect to our Scandinavian neighbor, in all likelihood this beautiful pattern merely returned from whence it came.
From Ekelund Weavers since 1692. Woven at the old family mill in Horred Sweden. Products and manufacturing have been approved by the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation using environmentally friendly processes. Materials have been cultivated, harvested and selected with respect for the environment. Cotton/Linen. Also available by the metre in widths of 35cm, 50cm, 130cm, 150cm and 175cm.
